Lost/Missing Packages

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, but sometimes, due to free shipping, tracking is not available.

My Tracking Says “No Information Available At The Moment”

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100 %money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You need to return it at your own cost. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include the name and order number on the returned package(s).

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order with no penalty! You have to cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent, please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at info@atomic-deals.com. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 12 hours. No refund will begiven after 12 hours of incorrect submission.
